As someone who works in Gurgaon and frequently visits my hometown on weekends, I have become a regular visitor to this place. Here, I would like to share my honest review:

Cleanliness: The bus stand's infrastructure leaves much to be desired, and unfortunately, some individuals choose to relieve themselves in public, resulting in an unpleasant smell in certain areas.

Bus timings: For the most part, the buses run punctually, with only a few exceptions in the evening. On two occasions, I experienced delays when the bus didn't arrive on time, and surprisingly, the bus stand inquiry desk had no information about the delay.

Passenger comfort: The waiting area lacks sufficient space for the passengers, forcing them to either stand or sit on the stairs. This can be quite uncomfortable, especially during peak hours.

Bus stand inquiry: The staff members in the enquiry room are courteous and willingly address every query posed by the passengers. Their polite demeanor and willingness to assist are commendable.
