Good collection and very competitive prices in comparison with other brand like nike and adidas and sketchers and discount is also nice with huge collection got two pair of shoes and they are very comfortable and very eye catchy got one for myself and got one for my wife one is reebok magnite and one is reebok kinetica
No doubt reebok has uplifted his brand value and its designs nike is just overhyped

The Brand Is Never A Putt Off .
People Who Represent It Our .
Have wrote a legit feedback but no one even bothered to reply back , what kind of message and treatment the brand is giving to a regular customer ?
Here’s my experience , few months back bought a pair of shoes which to my surprise were women shoes I checked over the internet checked the box of the shoes all info pointed out that the article was not Mens .I kind of let go this experience and since I didn’t have the contact no so I wrote a review by mistake in Ambience malls page which I noticed on 23rd Feb 2022
Went to the Reebok store again in ambience mall enquired about the wrong article that was sold to me but every one in the store told me that the one I purchased was men’s article only . I recognised the sales person off course by his arrogant attitude and when I told one of his colleague that I was sold a wrong article the guy who sold the wrong article to me started showing his angry face to me . Within few seconds the guy was least interested in attending me and was throwing attitude while standing at one corner . I even told the staff member handing the billing to check my previous bill and article but again I was told the same thing . I purchased one more shoe and told them may be a wrong box was given to me last time to which I got an reply staying this can’t happen .
So this time I came back home checked the box and the product code mentioned in both the box and the show , findings were the same , the article is women’s training shoe.

How unprofessional and disgussting is this. Lying on customers face selling him a wrong article is not what Reebok as a brand does.
Don’t know if any action will be taken or my message will even reach right people and some solution is worked out .
Will never purchase anything from Ambience mall Reebok store and will also not recommended this store to any one .

Will upload picture of both the box & shoe to support my argument . Strict action against the sales person is demanded as he will continue to fool and do fraud with customers like me who are brand loyal . But in actual the guy is just tarnishing the brands image and is causing damage to sales numbers .

We have bought tracksuit worth rs 5000 and after 1 use bubbling starts coming which was non expected from rebook. We have asked for some compensation but staff was rude, the manager was rude. Not professional at all.... Visit it once but don't buy anything.
