Liked the place and the staff! However, the plans are a little expensive (7000/month and 48000/year) and there are fixed timings for the sessions. Might not be a very good option if you are looking for budget friendly options and flexible schedules.

I have been doing Crossfit for the last six months and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It has helped me become a much fitter person and has given me motivation to do better.
The WODs (work out of the day) are designed to ensure that the person works on all areas of the body including building strength and improving flexibility and stamina. The coaches are wonderful. They provide personal attention to people and help members achieve their goals, ensuring that members push themselves up to their own capacity. We also have nutrition sessions where members can learn about the right eating habits or discuss their concerns with the trainers.
It has definitely brought a lifestyle change in me and I recommend Crossfit to everyone. It is a must try!
