This property is too good. Almost newly constructed. rooms were very clean. but very small in size. I got a fare of rs. 1038 on Oyo app but was forced by the receptionist from Darjeeling to book the room directly for 1500, bypassing Oyo app. not a single bottle of water was provided along with the booking. i checked out at 6 Pm in the evening but my checkin was still continuing untill next day. not sure why wasn't my booking checked out. if you don't face the mentioned issues, otherwise the stay was fine. i ordered a veg noodle, and it was toooooo tasty. quantity was less but i can't forget the taste. AC in room , matress, toilet, everything was perfect except TV. it wasn't activated and I had to ask the receptionist to get it activated.

I stayed for 1 day and my experience was

Pros
-Affordable hotel
-Room was clean
-In room good quality food facility.
-Attached balcony is there.
-Staff was polite and helpful.

Cons
-Wifi was not working properly
-Only 1Towel is provided even if booked for 2 members.
-TV had no channels to watch
-There was no bathroom kit available separately as given in most hotels.
-Balcony is connected with other rooms without proper separation which can hinder privacy also.

Fantastic stay. Feel very much as ease as the hospitality background staff are immaculate with their service delivery. Prompt to respond and keen to hear you, they serve every need. 24/7 with a smile and assurance which makes one feel comfortable. They accomodate you as much as they can which is sometimes going beyond. I extended my stay as yhe rooms are clean. all amenities are working and its prices are reasonable. I would rate it highly
