I have visited this place once but really loved this hotel. Their room service is good and they have great breakfast and lunch options as well.

The property has an in house restaurant but the food is pathetic. The staff is very laid back and always forgetting something, like they won't bring the spoons or the glasses and we having to call the reception again and again. The bathroom was very badly maintained, not clean at all. The balcony looked like it has not been cleaned for over a month. The room is pretty spacious but does not have basics like a fridge. In spite of telling the staff again and again that we want cold water, they would invariably bring normal water. Half the lights in the room were not functional. We had very noisy neighbours probably having a party who kept us up till 3 and it did not look like the hotel was too bothered by it. The property is overly priced for what they are offering, one rather spend a 1000 more and go to a hotel where the stay should at least be comfortable and clean. Overall we were not happy with the property and the way it's being run.

The place was comfortable and room service was good... No food is allowed from outside, but the food from their own restaurant is great, the prices are not too expensive and the quantities are good too. The outside view from window is dependent on the side of room you get, ours had a building adjacent and the window wasn't usable because of it, people could've peeked inside if the curtains were removed...
The only problem is the location, it is a bit hard to reach to the hotel and it is not visible from the outside, you need to be near it to notice the building. The check in and check out processes were quick and easy, overall a good place to stay.
