I had the worst experience of my life with a hotel ever. The owner was very very arrogant.
I checked in at 1129pm on 25th june 19. After reaching to the room i asked for the oyo kit and a spoon, the staff denied for it and asked me to come down and take it by myself. The AC was not working even after 15 mins approx, the fan speed of ac was too low, when i asked for the ac remote, they said it is not there.
I requestes to change my room, they also denied that and saod they were left with one room only. Then the owner forced me to leave the room and search for another hotel. He abused and threatened me. I presses the sos button and called oyo helpline. The owner also denied to refund the money. Somehow oyo customer care managed the issue and shifted me to some other hotel. The owner was so arrogant that he was arguing with customer care executive.
Overall Worst oyo hotel in that area.
Oyo should take step to bar such hotels.

The owner won't let you book online again if you want to stay there for one more day???? so it's better to leave and go check other rooms around
