Booked on Oyo in just 619 ₹. I reached the hotel at 10:30 AM and requested for an early check-in but they refused and offered me a room with 400 ₹extra charge.
The room was just ok.
TV is not working
Can't control AC
No wifi speed
Rude receptionist
The Photos of property on the Oyo app are fake.
Pathetic experience.
I feel this hotel is for couples only, not recommended for family, solo or business stay.

This hotel is downgraded and i recommend that please dont even think to go there . The owner is so rude even he don't have any manners . He is like do whatever you can do i when I asked him for bill and he denied. They charge extra and it's a big scam of oyo and samrat hotel gurgaon . We should raise voice against this hotel and should teach him lesson. Otherwise he will do more fraud. There is no rating for otherwise I will give them zero only

This site is fraud site don't book Oyo hotel, they are cheating with customers. Taking part amount of booking but wrong contact no of hotel providing. You can't reach with hotel. Then they are not refunded the amount. If you called them your call has been hold till half an hour until auto disconnect.
