It was average hotel. There was no room when we tried to checkin . luckily 1 booking was cancelled by an already existing customer who just checked in few minutes before. AC was normal. not much cooling. washroom had cigarettes remains and room wasn't that clean. even the bedsheet was torn. 3 rating is for hospitality received at the reception and quick checkout... needs improvement, location is nice, easy to locate

I went to gurgaon for medical purpose in medanta medicine. The best part of the hotel id that this hotel is the nearest to the hospital. If you have some purpose in the hospital, this is the best option that you have got. It's cheap and right I'm front of the back gate of hospital.
Apart from that, rooms are small, not that clean. Bathrooms are bearable ,not that dirty , but not as clean as expected. Hotel staff is friendly, restorent service is bad , so you have to rely on swiggy or zomato.

I can say that the staff was very welcoming and friendly. But the room were not that good, our TV had a broken display. And they don't have their own restaurant so Zomato and swiggy are the only options.
