I have been there for next 28 days and below are my experience with'em.
The rooms a d ameneties was neat and clean and meets your expectations. The behaviour of the staff was good but the management needs to be improve.
The location is very accessible amd next to the Main road. Sometimes power supply is a issue there when the staff is not available to start the generator if required. It's nearby Maruti Gati No.1. Apart of all this the place make you feel cozy and comfortable however as per my personal suggestion if want to book the rooms call the manager first to get the best price.
Overall I am satisfied with all this.

I am talking about "ORIHAAN PG 2"
Worst PG you can ever think of. Owner has the sweetest sound in the world. Has notification period of 1month where other PG gives 15 days before you are disgusted by the service and moreover the owner is not going to give you single penny back (may be my convincing power is not that good!!). Let me tell you why
1. Food: first day of checking in, we were given paneer, and this was the last day, after that only potatoes, vindi(lady finger), pumpkin were given.
2. Electricity: I am afraid no "earthing" is provided in this PG. One night I don't know why, a hight voltage came, my friends mobile charger-gone, tv-gone. I wake up at 3am panic stricken, the plug for air cooler was on fire.
3. Water: this may be problem to some, water flow is very low. Only cold drinking water u get here, if you have problem with it, you have to wait till it get at room temperature.
4. obnoxious smell
5: Flies everywhere
only good thing is that those guys taking care of the PG are very good, only thing they can't change the pg but to suffer.
My advise is first check Friend's PG, mom's PG, if they are all fully occupied then only go for this pg that too for short period of time, otherwise don't be mesmerized by the owner's sweet tone!

Good one but here most of the time electricity voltage issue.. Illegal land (property). Not upto the mark locality. No as such great market & ambience..
