I visited New U store at Ambience Mall Gurgaon.

I purchased 2 lipstick from colourbar. I asked to the staff is there any discount. But they have not informed me about festive offer I want to buy more products what all I want they told me there is no duscount then I end up buying with 2 lipstick.

Then I cheched their easel that they display outside the store and there is mention up to 50% off or festive dhamaka. I told the staff you displayed the easel that say all then why you haven’t informed me . Then the staff denied and tell me that there is colorbar not mentioned so I want to tell you it’s clearly mention on the easel the brand name also . And The manger who is standing there he don’t know what he is saying he was trying to explain the meaning of upto 50 that I already know I don’t want 50% I was asking for any discount if they have .

Even on the easel it written free gifts.
They have not give any free gift also .

Kindly look into it. I am so disappointed and not satisfied with the managers explanation.

My experience with new U was great. Their sales person was really cooperative. They have various products from different brands.

Miss Monika and Mr chotey lal are the excellent staff.Very helpful and extend personalised services.Understand customer needs very well.
