I am an old customer of M&S and this is the first time I decided to order from your online platform.

I would like to file my complaint that the services have been highly dissatisfactory and a major reason for that is the choice of your delivery partner Ecom Express.

I live in an independent house with 24 hours security guards. So there is always someone available at the gate.

Ecom express would not attempt delivery but their executives would update the system saying that delivery was attempted but nobody was available for taking delivery. This was absolutely not the case as I followed up on several occasions with Ecom express and M&S customer service regarding my delivery and was always given delivery assurance, but no delivery happened.

Now to my surprise, instead of solving the issue, and despite making firm promises that order will be delivered on priority basis, nothing was done. Instead of solving the issue, M&S has of its own accord without even contacting me, cancelled my order.

I am really disappointed with the way your team has handled this order and subsequent cancellation.

Your team is aggressively advertising on various platforms for your products, but if customers will order and then be treated like this, I doubt if anyone will come back a second time to give an order.

I am a loyal customer of M&S in the UK since the last 30 years and ever since you opened your stores in India.

In this age of online sales, if you will handle your customers like this, you are not going to get very far.

Thoroughly poor service, zero marks to you and you have completely and utterly failed.
