Gym is spacious, environment is very amiable. Trainer Abhishek is extremely humble and decent personality, gym beginners will surely get advantage of his experience.

The best place to workout and best trainer (owner) always ready to teach and give the best traning also give ample amount of time. He is always available for each and everyone.

I am an unconventional traveller, and I arrived at Gurugram Bus station at 5 in the morning. I had nothing to do because it was quite early, it was dark, and everything was closed. I am a fitness enthusiast and it had to be my chest day that day, but I was out of my town. I opened up my maps and here was this gym nearest to me, and just opened.
The owner was so Generous, he allowed me to workout and took no charges from me. I worked out for 2 hours there, and enjoyed the decent machines, and small number of people. It was around until 8 AM that I was good to go for exploring and it was a time spent well and constructively.
