Uncooperative and fairly inefficient staff, putting everything on systems, very basic facilities hyped up due to location perhaps

It's my regular stay at Lemon tree. I'm happy with the stay and their packed break fast.

The experience was pathetic, there was no dedicated parking, we had to park vehicle behind Redfox parking which is adjacent to Lemon Tree and way too much walking on asking guard about Valet, he rudely said there is no Valet and talk at reception. At checkin, same issue was highlighted at front desk, where the lady said talk to guard not with us. What kind of behavior was this? Called the in room dining at lunch hours, they rudely said no Asian food is available, if you want to have lunch we only have indian. Is this the way to talk with guests? IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR LEMON TREE PREMIER 2, SECT 29. choosing this was biggest mistake of all time and wont ever recommend this to anyone
