Love this store.. Its got everything you don't get in a normal grocery store.. Love the variety too. Could work a lil bit on adding discounts some time

An upscale grocery cum departmental store.

You can find all the high end brands of cereals, body butters, shampoos, chips etc which you might not find in general departmental stores.

It has a very hygiene section for fruits and vegetables, frozen goods, ice-creams and frozen meats etc.

It also provides fresh/raw/marinated veg and non-veg items both!

Every time that I’ve visited, their cash counter has seemed very mismanaged.

Despite seeming premium, they recently billed me extra for an item which they did not eventually pack. I paid for 4 packets of Oreos and they packed only 3. I thought ₹30 loss won’t be worth the hassle of going back and arguing.

This happened because they only had one active cashing counter where they were packing multiple orders together in a very unorganised manner. What is premium about this experience? The same street bazaar hassle while billing, not even sure whether you’ll get the complete inventory that you paid for?

This seemed very, very petty. I even emailed their given customer support id regarding this, but got no response.

I shop at premium places regularly, and the worst ones are those that only want to seem premium without ensuring the customer experience end to end. Agar wahi sabzi mandi wali billing karni hai fir kiske premium de rahe ho?

Not going back here again.
