We had booked them for an event. The photographers do a good job n the images will be great. However, please have a proper contact on expections as a laymen we expect from a photographer to click the venue images, guests entering, sitting n enjoying, family photos, dinner layed & guests eating. However, according to them if the guest photo is covered while entering then there is no need for them to click them again while they are talking or sitting on the round tables. Our event images only have venue images, few family photos n guests entering. No one ate anything, no one was talking to anyone, no one was sitting ( we didn't give any table chairs to make them comfortable :p)
Moreover, they can't even take the feedback n apologize for not covering the whole event but just start shouting n giving excuses like
1. tell us which guest photo has been missed when we show then the photos of those people they say if we have clicked 98/100 you could have reminded us to click the other 2 guests.
2. Guest in the party have told them not to click pictures as they have already got clicked so they didn't click even a single person sitting. The images are only while the guest enter.
3. 1 photographer can do only this much in a gathering of 100 people. Isn't it a retail shop person job to tell us how many photographers are being required?

We booked them them because they are skilled in there work but It is such a shame that you can't even accept your mistake.
We are left with good photos of guest entering n cake cutting more then that there is nothing.
