Good service, quick response by staff. Cleaning is also good. Drinking water also available for visitors in the building premises. Lunch time at normal as usually. There are so many opportunities can be achieved so need to some change for a better results. I visited here for speed post which was done only within 10 minutes. Thanks to all team members.

Lunch timings needs to be displayed...
Few employees are fast.... however major chunk of employees are dammm slow.
Also somehow I felt the person on the counter needs to be trained on comms.... they needs to be normal if not polite.

Indian Post always short of employees
Not all services working at 1 time reason is above1 short of employee
Even staff is also suffering from that
But
Price for parcels and other services are far better then private companies
