Went there with my mother for her shopping…over priced low quality suits and rude staff….can’t expect much etiquettes from these “hard working rude staff” …nevertheless we are not visiting IBADAT ARDEE MALL outlet again

Very very rude staff. Dont give proper attention to customers. I asked for an XXL size he gave me XL. I was in a hurry I bought it without noticing the size: When I came back home then noticed the size and called them they said they dont have stock. Come after some days. I went they refused to take it back and started shouting at me. I think these people should be given proper training on how to behave properly with the customer. Such kind of attitude is totally unacceptable. I have always loved ibadat but now I ll never ever buy anything from ibadat.
