Very nice place to stay in Gurgaon. Ambience is really good, well maintained and enough parking space. They have most of the services, laundromat, cleaning, gym and sports. They also organize party and other events.

It has been more than 2 months since I left the property. Not only have I not received the security amount which was promised to be refunded within 45 days, the resident manager and the cluster manager are not picking up my calls. I have written multiple mails to the customer care as well no response.

1. You don't get working things after moving in. If you have paid money, hey will not be repaired or replaced.
2. No one from Housr will pick your phone or reply to your messages. Tickets raised on Housr app will go ignored.
3. Just in case someone picks your phone, they will assure you for resolution. But after that you won't get resolution and the Point 2 continues.
