This property is worse than it looks in photos. Below issues:
1. Extremely rude staff.
2. Room smelled bad, as if something is rotting.
3. Bed sheet were old and unclean.
4. Just had breakfast and even the dining hall smelled bad like the rotting smell of room.
5. Good was below average. The fruits and juice were unhygienic. There were flies on food.
6. Overall the hotel was quite unhygienic with the smell, insects in wash basic and flies on food.
Complained about the unhealthy environment to staff, they didn’t do anything said it is what it is.

1. Check-in: Gave me deluxe room till suite room got ready. 2.5 hrs delay. Deluxe room was filled with smoking smell.

2. Swimming pool: At the time of booking they told pool is functioning but later got to know it was closed & not cleaned.

3. TV: television is just for showcase. Not working.

4. Room Sofas: Dirtiest I've ever scene.

5. Bathroom: Water blockages all over the places.

6. Sleep: Terrible sleeping environment. Water sound, Ring Sound, Machine Sound comes suddenly when you're asleep (day & night)

7. Breakfast: Arrengement was such in a way that you can't put things on your plate easily.
If you ask, they will give. Otherwise, you'll miss it.

8. Overall Hotel: Water leakages can be seen inside in many places. Building seems not maintained at all. Lifts are smelly & dirty.

9. Outside View: from room is terrible. You'll see only garbage.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed bcz few of my friends were also stayed. They also didn't like the Hotel.

Shower is not working, guiser is not working, The room is dirty and smelling like anything and staff is not helping in anything, door got locked and not working , lights blinking , dirty floor carpets eminating a foul odor and not looking good over all not recommended to book this hotel, No staff to guide me to the room at the time of check-in. Dirty looking lift . Room door handle did not work properly. Phone handset did not work properly. Musty and stuffy smelling rooms - bathroom wall had signs of water seepage. Mattress was uncomfortable. Pillow covers and bedsheet underneath was stained. In room dining experience with the quality of food was really bad - taste was below average for the items i eat.
