The RWA here is a big scam. We paid move-in charges on 31st for moving on 1st of next month, but we did not move in due to extremely bad conditions of the flat and informed the office of the same within 2 hours of making the move-in payment. To our shock, the society office refused to return the move-in charges of INR 5,000.

Have never seen anything like this where charges have been taken for absolutely zero service. Deepak from the society office is a fraud as well and ignored my calls, its best to STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOCIETY, they are a bunch of dacoits.

Not to mention the low quality construction of the complex. We were moving in only due to good location.

This society is fraud. One of the owner name ritesh kumar and manager name is vineet kumar.

They took the money from me and now both not picking the call.
Owner blocked my number and eve ln not ready to talk.
