Whosoever handle calls is absolutely arrogant and rude ! Despite of asking plans several times the person just kept asking to come visit and denied to share any information on the call ! It felt like being a customer i had to convince the person handling the calls instead of him being business owner convincing a customer. Time and respect is of value to everybody and nobody would like to talk to such people and go to such a place where business ethics and customer satisfaction goes for a toss ! Learn some basic customer handling skills before you start a business. You can get fake 5 star reviews unethically but cannot get good customers !

Joined 3 month's back. Their crossfit trainer, Pradeep Sir is superb and excellent. His assistance wrt crossfit exercises, weightlifting, diet plan, everything perfect. The best trainer in Gurugram.

Talking of the gym, they have the latest equipments. Best location, good environment. Highly recommended.
