I found this place very disappointing. There were bed bugs in the bed which was horrible, Flush and the toilet seat was broken. When I complained about the same the manager was cool and ready to shift me in another room with acceptable apologies while lady on the reception started arguing with me. There was some party or any family gathering was going on in the hotel which also made a lot of disturbance.Hotel Tip: Maintain the cleanliness in the hotel and make sure no any gust get disturbed if any party is organised. Along with that make sure that lady on the reception should be humble and polite.

I can’t fault the staff. They were very nice and accommodating when I asked to move my booked which was non cancellation due to a flight cancellation. They accommodated very kindly. Very pleasant and polite.

The reason for the poor rating is the place is just run down and poorly kept.

We arrived late which they accommodated however immediately felt disappointed upon arriving. It didn’t look appealing, the reception area was really cold on arrival. Set the tone.

The room was tidy but unclean.
The covers were dirty, the pillows worn out and with tears. Dirty windows and lampshades. The cupboards smelled poorly. During the night, the extractor fan for the bathroom fell down and was hanging from the ceiling (Photos uploaded).
The room also had no heating so again was freezing cold and uncomfortable and we were told there is no heating when we asked if the A/C worked.

Fortunately we had our own blanket in the car so we slept under that for the night.

Would not recommend unfortunately but it has a lot of of potential if they could modernise it, keep it clean and add heaters.

Stayed for two days, the rooms were perfect and good, but had issue during checkout.

They added extra items in our bill. When asked for a printout they did not provide with a detailed itemwise bill. After few minutes of discussion, they cut short the extra items in our bill and new bill was provided.

Always verify your bill when you checkout.
