As you can see the fabric is coming off for no reason and the bed is really bad quality. when I informed the seller he already knew what I am a about to complain (the loud cracking noise) and we are a family of 2 adult and one infant hence we hardly used that bed then the lockdown. within one year the side ply started curving and the seller excuse is, its from urban ladder - Malaysia made and I should have asked him before purchasing that from where he got the furniture ????seriously. I am entering in a shop so its your job to tell me from where you getting the furniture instead of telling me now. And it doesn’t mention anywhere on the bill neither on the shop, no sign nothing just misleading the customers. And seller came up with a helping hand saying I will buy back the bed choose any from the shop, now he will offer me 50% from the old bed and new bed starting price is 35 k so I will end up paying 20k within an year for someone else’s mistake.

So a piece of advice think twice before making the choice.
He is just misleading the customers thats it and should be fined for it.
