Service is great! Rooms are clean. Staff is polite. On the downside now, the faucet holder was broken and despite their knowledge was unfixed during my stay. The fan only spun at its maximum speed. This again was in their knowledge but they chose to not fix it. When they noticed I had a towel of my own, they stopped providing me one. Food is overpriced. They charged me extra for two water bottles which I didn't order. Same goes for tea. I had to fight back to save those extra bucks. They asked me to vacate early despite I had time on my hand.

Bad things first :

1. You don't get a good feeling when you enter. A grim and sad kina feeling looms inside.
2. Bathroom is too dark. Lights are not bright.
3. Dirty linen, quilt cover and pillows. Makes you doubt if they are clean or used? Serious doubt about the towels as well.
4. No heating arrangment for cold.
5. Room's colour disfigured due to humidity.
6. Staff will keep nagging for 5* rating regardless of service quality.
7. Shared hot water kettle! If you are lucky, you can keep it.
8. Printings on Tata Sky remote is undecipherable. Handling the remote will be mostly guesswork.

Now the good things :

1. Staffs were overall fine. No bad vibes.
2. Very close to market so good option for food. One can order by Swiggy/Zomato anyway.
3. Economical wrt location.

Unprofessional staff specially Reception Person Jaswant who will ask you when will you checkout at the time of checkin. And if you have paid online then maybe he will deny you the room. Uncleaned rooms. Dirty toilets and less pressure in the faucet. Yellow water in the tap. Dirty linen and blankets. Thin pillows. And after all this they will ask you to give 5 star rating. Staff is rude and really unprofessional who don't know how to behave and talk with guests.
