We found dead insect in the fries. We are pure veg. This is what you serve to customer burger King? Where is quality control ?

I ordered burger from the burger king app itself. They took online payment. I placed the order on 3:49 and it reached me at 5:17. Tried calling the restaurant but no response. Same i did for the customer care support and still no response. This was the worst experience.

Today morning requested double Patty burger in burger king MG road and my bill was 80 rs.
I was having only 500 rs . Counter person lady told me either pay in change/UPI otherwise we will not serve you. I have left the store immediately in embarassment and I will never visit over there with such attitude of employees.
I hope burger king management will look into this
