What's great: cleanliness promise is well kept, many rooms at this location aren't claustrophobic, physical location is excellent as it's on Golf Course Road, parking is never an issue as there's a make-shift parking lot just in front of the hotel. Building is easy to spot, and the Rapid Metro station is literally a minute's walk, if not less. Amazing connectivity that way. The lounge area is excellently designed and a delight to work in if you need to get a little bit of light work done. There's also a conference room you can book.

What's not great: Like I mentioned, many rooms are still incredibly small and some can even feel claustrophobic. Cafe food is hit and miss, and the menu sorely needs an update as the options are quite limited. Breakfast at almost any Bloom these days, including this one, is not great. I now prefer to wait until 10am when places nearby are open and go to them instead. Idlis for example feel stale, fruit selection is very limited, and stuffed paranthas (on order at some Blooms) feels very stiff to eat at all. People still smoke in many rooms even though the hotel is non-smoking. Staff hasn't been able to keep up with these smokers.

I tried different 5 hotels in a week. And I like bloom because of cleanliness and room size. Staff is very prompt. If you are coming with family then you must try it. Scope of improvement: Internet speed. Overall I like the hotel experience.

My whole experience are very Amazing. And the room was very clean and comfortable. And the staff was very amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable . And there are chef dipanshu making food is very tasty and healthy . And Mr Ranjan is a good server in a bloom cafe . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown . Promised come back again.
