They literally cook the biryani in the handi on Dum instead of the usually method by most restaurants of putting cooked biryani in handy and place in flames for heating handi amd serving the pseudo stuff.

Great taste.
Rice of goood quality.
Moist n juicy biryani.

Curd can be better.
Mirchi salan also good.
Must try.
As the presentation is upto the mark as well i.e they provide the base with 2 small wax dots to keep the handi heated while being surved.

Gives a very authentic feel to it.

Ordered 3 pots of kathal biryani. It was so bad that even half a pot was not consumed by guests. There was no masala and the jackfruit pieces were uncooked. Very bad experience. Never thought the quality of this brand would go down so much. They really need to check what they are upto. Wasted my money, on them. Was a loyal customer...but no more....

The best biryani is here at Biryani by Kilo.

• Perfect tasting biryani, which is neither too oily nor extra spicy like the other Biryani options.
Tried their Hyderabad Dum biryani.

• Phirni, at the end, just completes the meal. After a long time I had the chance to taste such a delicious phirni.

Overall, the most reliable option for Biryani. Right from the cooking of Biryani in sealed pot to the 'dum' you give over the 'chulha' which they provide, just alleviates the whole experience, taste and aroma.
