Horrible experience, staff is not customer oriented and have no knowledge of prices of their products. We selected two items, prices of which were told lower while selecting, and turned out to be higher at billing. It's a strategy the sales persons have learnt to sell their products. Cheats I would say. Never buy from them.

Really pathetic service by bata manager. I came here for exchange the shoes that I bought 2 week earlier with the warranty of 3 month.

No one attending us with the exchange. First manager denied for the exchange. After then I called customer care & request them for the exchange.

After involved customer care manager agreed for exchange. Unfortunately the same shoe was not available. So they told me to see another shoes in the same range. But no sales man attend me & not even showing me the shoes.

Dont buy any shoes from this showroom.
