Customer experience itself get spoiled when you enter the premises and the person who is attending you at reception says that we don't have any booking by your name, when you have already paid for the same and have the confirmation email. After struggling through all this I finally got the room, as I travelled for 6 hours and want to use washroom immediately to my surprise the flush was not working. It took almost 45 min for the hotel people to fix this and they ignored all my requests on changing the room, during this time I switched on the TV which was also non functional. They took another 15 min to fix this, I have also ordered some sweets from out side which I wanted to keep in my room refrigerator which was also non functional. The cherry on cake was that entire room has sepage problem and they have offered old dis-coloured towels which were kept on highly uncleaned room sofa.
I had the worst nightmare staying at this property.

A very well maintained and alluring property with excellent services, great location and awsome ambience.
The staff was extremely chivalrous and cooperative.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Helpful, friendly staff specially Mr Yadav, Operation Head, who had gone above and beyond to make sure we have the best time..
