Our room was not cleaned properly. There was a mouse which kept bothering us but the Staffs didn't take it seriously. While checking out, we wanted to complaint about the same but the Guy never received our call and one of their staffs told us that mice are common in every household and hotels so we have to live with them. The cost was 1064 per night which is very unreasonable given the fact that it's not rodent free. The floors were dirty. The door lock was broken. It's not how they show in the pictures. So make sure you take a look before booking. We did a mistake by booking online.
They are not concerned about customer's comfort, rather they only care about the money. Worst Guest House ever.
