Newly buildup area. I went there to watch Avatar 2. Theater was good. There are some branded restaurants for foodies like Haldiram, Pizza Hut, KFC and others where you can eat something. There is a park also nearby of this mall: Rose Garden. If you went there in daylight you can spend sometime there also.

Food variety awesome but paid parking makes it loose to all close competition.
I suggest parking to be made free right now and maybe charge once it is a famous go to point.

This place has only haldiram and PVR, not very crowded.
Haldiram is standerd,
PVR is not up to mark like others, like chair, ambiance, screen not given PVR kind feeling, also I was forced to buy combo of 790 as nothing else available. Not sure why showing other items in display if not available.
