Very bad experience for us as well, same has happened with us. We booked through app where the premium was showing 999 and booking was confirmed last month it self. But when we went to OYO property the owner denied to hand over the key saying to contact OYO as the room book with the premium was not correct.

Upon requesting the owner bluntly asked for 1600 for the same room which was shown 999.

The owner of this property is very rude and non friendly and not at all cooperative person.

I will never recommend OYO in this area and the location is also pathetic. This all arrangement of OYO and owner Aashish is to fool people and cheat them.

They take the advantage knowing that the person will opt for higher premium when they cancel the booking.

Strict actions need to be taken against these fraudsters.

First of I will request everyone who are reading my review to kindly do not book through this property on OYO they are the bunch of cheater sitting and waiting to trap the people.

Initially they show low premium on OYO App, once you make the booking and visit the property they cancels your property saying that the previous premium was calculated wrongly and there will be new premium charged as per the current date.

The new premium is 30-40% high then the original booking, They are leveraging this situation from innocent people like us. When you call OYO customer they will give you only 2 option either pay the new premium or leave it.

Gonna take strict action against this, you guys took advanced and then cancelled the booking for 30 people, Tell me where should I stay them on last moment. You asked for 1300 per room now demanding 1600, is this fair? On app your property is showing 999 is this ethical way of demanding unnecessary money for us ? this is fraud to genuine tax payer like us I will be escalating it. Please give us the room as per booking rather being coward!

Highly unprofessional bunch of group. Not at all listen to your problem and talk like they are giving the deal whether take it or leave it. Asking high premium after cancelling the original booking amount.
