Less Service to Cost ratio.
Poor Hospitality by reception staff.
Condition of rooms were very pathetic. Thank god I have checked the rooms before payment and registration.
There were stains of tobacco spitting on walls.
Moisture and Water Seepage on walls.

Totally labour class environment.

Totally worth experience to visit hotel royal residency i am hoping to visit again soon. I really like the behavior of the staff and receptionist mam is very supportive and helpful. Really liked there service. Overall i am 100% satisfied with there complete service and really want to visit again. I also recommend to visit there and spent your precious time with your friends, family, relatives and loved one and the best part it's economical so that everyone can easily afford... thankyou so much????????????

Very worst condition of room's you'll experience ant's ???? on your bed now assume it. They'll charge you more but no service available.????
