Clean part. Ioen gym with good quality machines available for every one. Decent place to go with young ones.

Just not a good place. The residential area is kinda good buy the whole outside area is just in terrible condition. No traffic lights, waste materials thrown everywhere and all the above the drunk people abusing each other on the middle of the road. Not a safe place for women after 7 pm.
