This is a delivery reveiw. First of all the packaging has my heart. I would give one extra point for the packaging and how defined everything was inside. So I ordered Lazeez Bhuna Murgh Biryani which tasted heavenly. The aroma of the spices in biryani was just too good. The chicken was cooked nicely and yes it was boneless. The other dish was Murgh Kefte more like chicken kebab cooked nicely and spicy as well. The dip was fantastic and overall tasted very nice with it.
Also I got Chocolava cake and Gulabjamun which were really delectable too.
Will order again from Behrouz Biryani.

The worst customer service i have ever come across. For 2 months you have been cancelling my order of plant based biryani - unexpectedly. Today a customer service executive told me it's available and i can schedule my order by downloading eatsure - i did that, again it's cancelled last minute. Finally i found out that plant based biryani was started by behrouz but they have NEVER kept it in stock. How wrong of you to have customers misguided all the time by displaying it on your swiggy/Zomato/eatsure/ behrouz app menu? I am so sick and tired of this unprofessionalism of yours. So disappointing. As a vegan who doesn't get much options outside to order, all the time putting my hopes up only to have the order cancelled by you last minute is just horrible. Never ordering from you guys again. Worst restaurant ever.

Packaging is really nice.
Quality of food is nice.
Loved the combo pack 'Jashna-E-Lazeez Bhuna Murgh'
Satisfising meal.
