Their trainers are exceptional, provide with 100% personal attention through out the workout. The best part about the studio is the discipline maintained by Gaurav Sir, providing with 100 % results. Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.

This is perhaps the only gym which you'll join and actually end up going to regularly. I chanced upon this place by a fluke, but Gaurav and his team have been instrumental in helping me build a habit of exercising regularly and thinking about living a healthy lifestyle. The level of supervision from the trainers at Athletics is unparalleled, and will never be found at any commercial gym
