Seriously a good gym. Have all the necessary equipments, which are usually missing in other gyms in the vicinity and quality is excellent. Owner/Trainer is a highly knowledgeable person and really a nice down to earth person. He knows the nitty gritty of exercises and appropriately guides for best results. I m able to see the results in 5-6 weeks. It's a great gym with reasonable fees. If u stay in sector 19 or 16A Faridabad, do visit A-One Gym once before any other gym around.

Such a fabulous gym trainer Mr.ankit is very very supportive for our clients. There are so many things they are providing in the gym like nice ambience, hygiene, perfect equipments etc. Keep it up????????
