Very insensitive staff and administration
The reports are not submitted to the patient and were declared next day
The staff was forced to submit the bill despite being asked for some time

This is not a Hospital, It is a business office where they have target for every bed, every room, and daily and monthly. My mother was admitted here in some emergency. They were suggesting medicines without even diagnosing the problem. And when they diagnosed the doctor is more focused on money part rather than treatment. even being from our known one, the doctor showed no humanity and care. When I told them that my parents have Aayushman card, he first denied that they do not admit or treat this card holder patients, and than on our request they started the treatment , but they were giving my mother only normal and regular cold and flu medicines. The doctor have diagnosed that my mother is having blood infection majorly, but he didn't bothered about is and kept the same treatment. We had to take my mother from here to my home town. The Doctor is having no heart and humanity at all. Do not ever go there. I have to give 1 star just to post my review, otherwise I want to give them in minus

Dr. Ashish Gupta is an intelligent doctor . His diagnosis are perfect, very sweet talkative, smart and caring. There is an aqarium for children and T.V in OPD with A.C . I liked it . But the worst thing is wards walls are so dirty it should be clean properly otherwise hospital services are excellentu003e cafe person is too good ????
