I ordered from Tamanna Creations in January 2023 after my friend told me about them.
Before I paid them I was getting messaged daily asking when I will pay them. I sent them money in full on Jan 17. I noticed after I paid them their communication decreased.
I kept messaging them and I finally heard back. They said they mailed my outfits on Monday Feb 20. I did not receive a tracking number.

After waiting a month I started messaging again about my outfits.On March 21 I got voice messages from a man saying my outfits were sent to Australia by mistake. He said they should get to me in Canada in two weeks.

Now it’s May, I haven’t received my outfits and Tamanna Creations stopped replying to me. I noticed today I can’t access their instagram account. I think they blocked me.

I am very disappointed. I trusted this company. I ordered two beautiful outfits for family weddings this summer. I sent them full $275.48 (Canadian) over 3 months ago and have not received anything. :(

Instead of fully trusting my friend and this company I wish I read these reviews.

EDIT: May 21- now Tamanna Creations blocked me on Facebook too. I’ve called and messaged on WhatsApp, messaged on Instagram, Facebook and emailed them. They are not replying to me. They blocked me on Facebook and Instagram. They took my money in full on Jan 17 and have not send me my outfits.

Since more than 4 years My experience at Tamanna creations has been all time favourite but excellent! She was absolutely outstanding in helping me select the perfect dress for my every occasions. I will tell all my friends and family to shop there for their special occasion. I promise they will not be disappointed!!5-star rating 100%. So amazing and helpful. Stress-free and fun. ???? She was amazing. So wonderful.
She was patient, professional, allowed us our space & provided wonderful feedback! We said yes to every attire she suggested.

Horrible boutique. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Placed an order almost 3 months ago and only received half of the items. After constant messages and calls they finally replied saying they “lost” the rest of the items and to choose something new. The weddings I had ordered the stuff for already passed so I asked for my money back. Have not received anything.
