Good Experience . everything is available there for daily needs . but there is no one to attend the customer or solv their queries.. only 3 CSA available there but they also busy to talking with eachother.

I paid my bill, the transaction was successful but employee over there said that their system didn't received payment and said that you'll get refund in an hour kindly repeat the transaction and i did so. But i didn't received refund in an hour then they said you'll get it in 24 hour , after 24 hour they said wait for 3 days and after 3 days wait for 7 days???? but i kept them visiting daily and complaint about it to their higher person and filed an online complaint. I got my payment back after 15 days.
Also Their POS machine never work smoothly, for sure you have to waste 10 minutes for online payment.
If you visiting this store keep cash with you.

Very bad experience....I went there and asked for paytm as online payment option .The staff said they accept online payments. I selected my goods and made payment.The payment got deducted from my ac and I showed deduction message to the concerned person. But to my surprise the employees over there said that their system is not showing bill so that won't accept my transaction. And convinced that I will get payment back in an hour. Then they also admitted that this happened with many people.If so why they are not changing their machines or is it a scam. Its been more than 24 hours I have neither got payment nor my goods. Now they say I will get my payment back in 7 days
I did transaction for my office. I am being harassed a lot by Reliance Smart point.
