This is one of the best places for saree.
It's a fixed price ship so there is no hustle to bargain for saree..
Though we found if you buy readymade suits or other things the saree is costly..
Inside Pooja saree center pics are not allowed while sometimes you can take...

Well no doubt that this place is really a one stop for bridal shopping. They don’t have men’s clothing but this mall have other brands and outlets for men’s clothing, jewellery and other items. This mall includes Basement parking and an open food court (though not useful in summers)
Returning to Pooja Sarees they have huge sales staff but not a single helper to serve water or tea to customers, they don’t even bother to ask or offer water even after knowing that most of the customers are not locallides. It seems they are only interested in sales not even in customer satisfaction. Bit different concept of attending a client as they don’t have open display of clothes.. they will bring pieces from their store room and show you…found it bit time taking and difficult to choose with own choice.
After struggling to tell them what we want we finally chose few pieces and at the last stage of final checking their staff found there were few spots on the bridal dress and it needed dry cleaning…one other dress we choose didn’t had the price tag and it took half n hr for them to confirm that it can’t be billed which was really unprofessional and it wasted our 3-4 hrs more as we had to roam around the city at other outlets to find the bridal dress (and staff really didn’t bother at all to stop us leaving the outlet without buying the dresses which we chose investing so much time and their efforts)
And after going through the reviews i found that the owner is not at all bothered to read or reply to the negative feedback of the unsatisfied customers as they feel that they are the best and need no improvement which is not at all professional. I recommend them to check attitude of Mr Tata and learn from him how to do business in this competitive time. One must understand no one is perfect and they are not the ONLY ONE. Ten happy clients might not bring even one more client but One unhappy client will definitely ruin at-least 4 clients.
After having this experience, still i will recommend this place for bridal shopping as they have huge collection of suits, saree, lehenga, one piece dress etc etc (though they don’t have designer collection which i finally found at Namdhari store in Zirakpur)
All the best guys you have good collection and quality clothes with competitive prices???????? and one more thing pls change your NO RETURN, NO REPLACEMENT, NO EXCHANGE POLICY even big brands don’t follow this policy now!!!
