Very pathetic and rude staff. Hospitality was even more worst.
They judge their customers and even try to Interfere.
I booked a double bed room online through goibobo by paying amount of 2205/- and they allocated it to someone else during checkin else who offer more money to them.
Absolutely ridiculous staff I have ever seen.

Absolutely rude staff. They have a couple friendly clause on their oyo, which clearly they had a problem with in our stay. About their rooms, they were really in a bad shape. Stinking of smoke, dirty beddings and bed covers, the toilet seat was broken, and the staff refused to help with the cleaning. There were rats in the corridor. All in all we had a really bad experience. 0/10 recommended for youngsters & couples.

I booked the hotel 15 days advance as pictures in oyo app was very beautiful and capturing though I booked 3x deluxe room but the manager was very unpleasant in manners , gave us a very small room even the breakfast was not given properly. Despite of my online payment I spend the night in a tiny room while I gave extra money for space. Don't satisfied.
