Lots of flies and Mosquitoes in the sitting area.
Hospital administration should check this basic hygiene inside the premises.

But you really need to look into how waiting time can be reduced
Waited for more than 3 hrs for checkup post surgery

Patients standing everywhere waiting for their turn,
even the seating arrangement is far less then the no of appointment your reception give.

No display of token no, for the whole time the patient need to be attentive when a person from a door shout his name.

And the irritating increase with every visit

And a must thing - Pest control ????
