Very unprofessional and greedy eye doctor. Firstly his front desk assistant asked me to bring my wife and my infant in rush because doctor had to step out. After I paid consultation fee for both, we were pushed into Dr. Rajat Mathur’s cabin within 30 seconds. Dr. Rajat just did the computerized eye test for my wife and never did her manual eye test with the lenses. He also performed very quick test on my baby infant and wrote expensive eye drops for the both.
My wife ordered the eye glasses for her and later found to be incorrect because of the irresponsible behaviour of the doctor. He should have correctly checked the vision for my wife so we hadn’t wasted Rs. 3000/- waste as she only relied on the computerized test done by Rajat Mathur. He failed to perform manual test through the lenses.I will never recommend anyone to visit this eye doctor.

Very bad hospital. The staff and the cleaning staff are very rude. They don't know how to talk to patients. My relative was admitted in the general ward and there they don't have windows curtains which make the sunlight directly fall on the patient's bed. There is central AC but they don't allow you to use it because as per them it is not allowed. I even told them that I will pay for the AC still they turned off the AC and let the patient sleep in the hot and humid general ward. When there is electricity cut they don't have all fans working on the inverter. And now the worst thing, the general ward is filled with mosquitoes and the patient can't sleep in this place. And the worst thing is that when I asked the staff regarding the problem they told me that their ward is open that's why they can't do anything and you have to pay for the private ward. I don't know how NABH gave a certificate to this hospital. Don't waste your time and money here. Even the government hospitals have much better facilities than this dirty hospital.

We went for baby s prescribed injection due to some disease.we paid for opd fee and then she said she cannot apply injection.

Then for what u charge?

U charged for saying no .very irresponsble
