Never seen such a bad state of OPD. Totally mis managed and rude staff. As soon as you walk in, you will notice chaos. No one knows where the Dr is or when is he going to come. Drs are unprofessional and rude with no empathy.
Only motive is to get you admitted as soon as they know you are insured, after admission Dr hardly comes once per day.
People only come to this hospital because of lack of any other hospital near by with similar facilities.

A very good hospital for those who go for health insurance or are government employees. This is somewhat costly and you may feel everything expensive here. But I will give a 5 star rating to the staff members.
