Ordered chocolate truffle pastry, Red velvet pastry and sandwich but instead of chocolate
truffle pastry they sent a plain chocolate pastry and all the items were not fresh and pastries were foul smelling.

Pathetic and overpriced ! I ordered a chocolate crunchy cake from oven fresh through ferns and petals app .. they delivered it in a filthy box and the cake tasted pathetic . The cake was costing 1000 for 1/2 kg which was too much for that cake.. The delivery boy gave a 5 star rating himself ( in his mobile after delivery with digital signature) on my behalf without my knowledge..and that explains how they got good reviews .

For the birthday of my wife I ordered this chocolate truffle cake and they sent me a stale one. initially they told they would replace it in a while. So we all kept waiting although I was thoroughly disgusted but even after more than an hour there was neither a phone call nor anybody with a fresh cake. So again I called them up only to hear that they won't replace since it is the caramel that's tasting so and that it is not stale. I told them I do not have caramel on my cake since it is chocolate truffle ( see the pic) but they stuck to the same version. I told them if you were not keen to change the cake you should have told us, why made us wait for more than an hour to which he replied it is raining hence we did not send the cake. So I again asked; are you sending a fresh cake? They said no it is the caramel and chef says it is fine. So the chef believes that we are lying for a cake on the occasion of my wife's birthday! We have better things to put our time on man!
precious time and energy wasted and God knows why zomato refunded only 50 percent on complaining. hopeless guys. stay away unless you want your important functions to be spoilt like these. I wonder how come they have 4.7/5 on Google. Seems like fake reviews. Planning to take them up legally now! Pathetic!
