Please visit showroom named “Master and Company” in sabzi mandi ( for amazing quality at reasonable prices)

1) Very poor customer service. don’t receive calls and never respond back. I had to always visit their store to check whether product is ready or not. And after visiting the store, never got the curtains on days they claimed.

2) highly unreasonable prices, they sold me the blackout fabric for curtains at Rs.290 per metre whereas u can get the same d decor fabric at Rs. 160 per metre from other stores.

3). I got the blinds from their store 2 years back ( behaved very sweetly and politely back then because we were buying first time from their store and that too in bulk)
( blinds were not rolling, thereby causing trouble) even after several phone calls never sent help. Finally after a year,
On visiting their store they straight away denied that blinds cant be converted into curtains even when the stitching from blinds were unravelled.

They agreed upon insistence and got the product ready after 1 month and another blind returned as it is. ( got blinds converted to curtains from another tailor at reasonable price within 2 days).

Till you don't buy the product, they keep on attending you very sweetly
And once you buy, they don’t attend calls and behave like they are giving services for free, in-fact for which they are charging way too high.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS - they are charging 3X more from customers. Straight away selling 100 rupees thing in 300, be it curtains rod clamps or fabric. Please visit other stores to save your hard earned money.

They have good variety for furnishing needs and the owners have good knowledge of the products. As per the price you can negotiate to an extent . The shop has two floors and lift the entrance is compliant to wheelchair . Good experience overall parking is an issue as the shops display the products in parking and you have to park on the congested road. Better have a two wheeler or park at you own risk highly unadvised

The lady at shop is very arrogant and yells at clients if they show some concern for the product. I was their regar customer but lady didn't care and talked in a manner not acceptable. This is my last purchase and j would recommend others also think twice before you drop in there. Very much disappointed with the behavior.
