Poor services.
Harassment only.
I had taken the personal loan from the bank and i am regretting till now why i did from IDFC. The staff is so careless the representatives are arrogant.
My emi deduct from the account on 2nd of each month. Several time it has happened that my EMI got deducted well on the time but don't know what issue they had it did not get updated in their system. They call continuously for the EMI payment even though i visited the office many time for the same. Every now and again i shared the Bank statements that showed the amount is deducted. I mean very poor services please don't go for IDFC Banking services. You can opt for any other bank but not IDFC

Thank God I didn't open account. There is nobody who could be called or contacted for new account. They do not bother at all.
