I started month and a half back with Varun as my remote trainer and also nutritionist with aim of shredding belly fat and building lean muscles. I lost 3kg during the process. Sticking to the diet and workout schedule provided by Varun is doing wonders for me. The important thing is that he knows how and when to change workout and diet. He believes in sustainable process and that takes time but make sure to stick to the regime and you would definitely see the change you want to see.
Apart from that, Varun is really good at communicating things and also makes sure to come back to check the progress on regular basis. A great professional who loves his work and also his own journey to be a certified trainer is inspirational. Definitely recommend.

Varun is a thorough professional and has lots of experience on hand. Doing workout with him is always great as he pays attention of every little posture detail and motivates you to do better every time. With his customized exercise schedule and diet plan i can see a lot of difference in me in a very short span of time… Its easy to find trainers but difficult to find ones who are vested in your goals and go over and beyond to achieve them. I was a completely yoga person for many years and never thought i could do weight training but apparently i look forward to my workout every morning and all that credit goes to him…. An amazing teacher and a passionate fitness enthusiast…

I am a beginner and have never been into workouts in past. I live in Dubai and I was quite skeptical initially of how will i be able to manage the training virtually. My primary focus was weight loss. Varun has been highly motivating, and is able to help me workout very patiently each day along with a close watch on the nutritional value and the calorie intake as prescribed by him. Gradually I started getting into the flow and also got more motivated to buy fitness tools and workout better with each passing day. I feel rejuvenated completely and looking forward for getting better results with passing time. Thank you.
