Mittal ma'am is so polite and taking personal attention to each one. The step by step yoga teaching method is excellent.
I enjoyed every yoga session and love to go every day in her yoga class.

Amazing! I loved the yoga experience at Viju's yoga classes.
I feel very fortunate that is joined yoga here.
The instructor is very friendly, attentive and ensures that we are doing each pose and asanas properly.  At the end of every class we feel a sense of relaxation and peace. Really satisfied!!

I finally have found a studio that is so welcoming and makes me feel happy and excited to work out. Everyone is so wonderful and supportive. I’m getting fit and just gaining so much more confidence. Thanku Viju Mam☺️
